Digital refunds

Change-of-mind refunds are not normally offered after a digital download has been supplied. If files are defective, inaccessible, materially different from their description, or another consumer guarantee applies, contact us so the issue can be repaired, replaced or otherwise remedied as required by law.

This policy does not limit rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
